ADDISON'S 1ST BIRTHDAY!
Thank you Grandma Nancy for the wonderful party and thank you all for coming to enjoy it with us. Addison had so much practice this year opening gifts that she'll be a pro next year. She also took several steps on her b-day when great-grandma was there to see! It was a day to remember and we're glad we got to spend it with all of you!Opening presents!
Christmas officially began for Addison at our home the Saturday before Christmas so she was able to do a little practicing.
She was very interested in their trucks. On Christmas Eve we headed out to Palisade for Christmas Eve services and afterward went to Joe and Sarah's for soup. Addison just loved Peyton.
Christmas morning finally came and Addison got so many presents. Thank you everyone! That morning we opened gifts at Grandma Nancy's (my mom's house). In case you haven't realized, Addison has two Grandma Nancy's and while we're on that she has two Uncle Shane's too. She may be just a little confused one day.

For Christmas dinner we went to Missy and Jared's. Addison enjoyed playing with Jacob and again loved the boys trucks.

Can you say ORNERY!
Addison's new car seat hasn't made it to the car yet so she thinks this is awesome to sit in. I found her in this while I was getting ready for work.
This was a little tough to get out of so I'm not sure how she even got that way, silly girl.

Veteran's Day Prayer
Dear Lord,
Today we honor our veterans,
worthy men and women
who gave their best
when they were called upon
to serve and protect their country.
We pray that you will bless them, Lord,
for their unselfish service
in the continual struggle
to preserve our freedom, our safety,
and our country's heritage, for all of us.
Bless them abundantly
for the hardships they faced,
for the sacrifices they made
for their many different contributions
to America's victories
over tyranny and oppression.
We respect them, we thank them,
we honor them, we are proud of them,
and we pray that you will watch over
these special people
and bless them with peace nad happiness.
In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
This is how we started. She really didn't like sitting next to the pumpkin but after we snapped a few pictures she was okay. What a change in mood!

Addison wasn't too sure of Santa. So it wasn't a good time for a photo opp plus it was past her bedtime by the time she was able to see Santa so she was a little tired.

I'm ready Mom!
